• Payment Information: Securely processed by our Merchant of Record (MoR), Gumroad. We do not directly store your credit card information.
• Memory and Conversation Data: All text, thoughts, and conversation logs with the AI that you input into Solitary Journey.

How do we use your data?

Strictly to provide you with the core services of Solitary Journey (such as generating epic logs and providing AI insights).

Absolute Commitment: We will never sell your personal data and conversation logs to any third party. We will never use your private memories to train public AI models.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption technologies. Other than yourself, no one (including the developers) has the right to arbitrarily access your private records.

Your Data Sovereignty

You possess absolute control. You can permanently delete your account and completely destroy all associated data with a single click in the settings at any time.

Service Description

Solitary Journey is an AI-based companionship and metacognition tool. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and are committed to continuously optimizing your experience.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.

Subscription, Payment, and Refund Policy

This service operates on a tiered subscription model, currently offering two official subscription plans: $22/month and $49/month.

• Trial Terms: We offer a 7-day trial plan for $6 (includes 200 compute credits). After the trial period ends, unless you actively upgrade, you will not be automatically charged for higher-tier subscriptions.
• Our order processing, tax withholding, and invoicing are fully handled by Gumroad as our Merchant of Record (MoR).
• Refund Policy: Due to the irreversible and high-cost nature of AI compute resources (LLM API calls), all purchases—including the trial plan and all subscription tiers—are strictly non-refundable once processed. Please evaluate the service carefully during your usage.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the current billing cycle ends. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

User Code of Conduct

You agree not to use this service for any illegal activities and not to maliciously attack our servers. If malicious destructive behavior is discovered, we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time.

Disclaimer & AI Limitations

AI Hallucinations and Risks: Solitary Journey utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs). You acknowledge that AI-generated insights, logs, and responses may occasionally be inaccurate, fictional, or nonsensical (commonly known as "hallucinations"). You agree to independently evaluate the accuracy and relevance of any AI output.

The AI insights and suggestions provided by Solitary Journey are for reference only and do not constitute professional psychological therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are exempt from liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this service.

Terms Update

If we make significant changes to this covenant, we will notify you via email or internal message.

Governing Law & Legal Entity

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Legal Entity: Solitary Journey is operated by st studio, located at No. 379 Mingli Road, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.
